Our Culinary Philosophy

At Bamboo Restaurant, we believe that the best meals come from the freshest ingredients. We source most of our produce from local markets and fishermen, ensuring that you experience the authentic flavors of Phu Quoc Island.

Our chef combines traditional Vietnamese cooking techniques with international influences, creating a menu that appeals to diverse palates while staying true to local culinary traditions.

We grow many herbs and some vegetables in our own garden, allowing us to provide the freshest possible ingredients in our dishes while minimizing our environmental footprint.

Dining Experience

Our restaurant offers a relaxed beachfront dining experience with stunning views of Vung Bau Bay. The open-air design allows you to enjoy the sea breeze and the sounds of nature while savoring your meal.

For a special occasion, we can arrange private dining experiences on the beach or in secluded spots around our property. Please inquire in advance for these special arrangements.

Cooking Classes

Discover the secrets of Vietnamese cuisine with our hands-on cooking classes. Learn to prepare traditional dishes using local ingredients and techniques under the guidance of our chef.

Classes include a visit to the local market to select fresh ingredients, followed by preparation and cooking, culminating in a meal where you enjoy the dishes you've created.

Classes available: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (minimum 2 participants)
